Sent to Halton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5155469.

The walking path on Heath road south side is very muddy, and extremely slippery from top of field to bottom of the field Please get it sorted so you are able to walk on it , the lay-by is overgrown tip
