Filter light not functioning.

The filter light at the crossroads (turning right from Shannon Way, towards Northway) has been unserviceable for a considerable time. This causes huge build ups of traffic on Shannon Way at peak times. There have been several near misses at this junction, caused by impatience at the the lights not filtering correctly.
