I reported this some 6 months ago. How on earth has anyone in a wheelchair supposed to pass by or mothers with buggies without having to go onto the grass verge? This house also has a prickly bush overhanging the pavement. Do owners not see these overhanging the pavements. Councils should fine these households heavily.

    Nothing been done about this overgrown pampas grass. reported this back in the summer. people in wheelchairs or buggies are having to go across the mud as it is now. what does it take to get the owner to cut it if they don't send in someone from the team to do it then charge them. neighbours are all talking about how awful it is
