Moped parked on cycle path

The image says it all. Drivers regularly do this along Edmonton cycle path and there's no space for cyclists to fit. Really fed up again and again. When cyclists come onto the road, we get honked at so it's a lose lose situation. Please fine these people. We are not safe! Image taken at 18:46 on 26/10/2023.
