Failed repair pothole.

Sent to Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5148467.

A repair made to a previous pothole has failed again. This pothole is on the edge of the highway on an unlit road and is covered by a large puddle due to water not draining out the road. You are forced to drive further towards the edge of the highway when two cars are passing and as said this hole is not visible when covered in water.
