Sent to Waltham Forest Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5148421.

Every Friday and Saturday the public path on both sides of the high road are completely blocked by parked cars for the venue 042. The bouncers for 042 also put traffic cones across the public path ways and if you move them out the way you are met with abuse from the bouncers and threats of violence. This is a continual problem every weekend.
