The road is getting flooded as you can see from the photograph. It appears to be that the drain is not taking the water away so could suggest blockage or collapse. Anglian Water have tested this water and have said it is not drinking water so they have said that this is not their problem. I have been erecting a fence on my property just down from this location and found the water table to be incredibly high.
