Road surface uneven

Sent to Liverpool City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5148190.

This road requires a total resurface and road markings are now none existent. The road also has parts where it has fallen uneven and there is a problem with 20 mph not adhered too. There is no easy crossing of this road due to all the reasons and no crossings available. Basically needs a full review. It is sad other smaller roads are being maintained and this clearly busy road is not.
