Dangerous Tar Lorry with gas bottles

The lorry is parked overnight and all weekend, often blocking the pavement which stops disabled person or pram getting by. Children are climbing on this in the evenings and there are exposed gas bottles. It’s a busy through road and it’s dangerous when trying to cross to the other side
