Sent to Richmond upon Thames Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5145313.

The post secured the Burnell Open space from traveller access and it has been broken allowing a car through. This problem has been reported to local counsellors and parks police as we have significant and regular issues in this site. Please can this be fixed asap.
