Traffic Lights Facing Wrong Way

The traffic lights at the end of Elmhurst Road have been positioned in a way that makes it impossible for pedestrians crossing from the north side of the road to see if the lights are red or green. The traffic lights are the only indication as to whether it could be safe for pedestrians to cross. The traffic lights need to be straightened/pointed in a such a way that they are visible to both oncoming cars and pedestrians or some other way of making this road crossing safer needs to be provided
