Flooding on path

Reported via mobile in the Flooding/Gully/Drainage category anonymously at 09:45, Fri 27 October 2023 using FixMyStreet Pro

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5143254.

Flooding at the entrance of the park (especially combined with the access controls) make the path almost unusable in the rain.

  • Totally impossible to use today. Needs engineering.

  • Impassable again. Busy pedestrian/cyclist commuter route. As this did not used to flood so badly, it is likely a drain problem at the duchess gate. Please sort, multiple reports during this winter period with no resolution yet!

  • Flooded again. Lots of water appears to be running of the motorway onto the path. Is it possible that there are conduits around this area that have been blocked. I have used this route for at least 10 years and never witnessed it like this until this winter.
