No Street Sign for Norman Square months later

Reported in the Street nameplates category anonymously at 18:14, Tue 19 August 2014

Sent to Richmondshire District Council 1 minute later

Richmondshire District/North Yorkshire County Council whoever the buck needs to be passed to have still not replaced a street sign for Norman Square. So how exactly is a delivery driver from outside the area or anyone visiting me or anyone else who lives here meant to know for definite they are in the right place. For £1,200 per year Council Tax where else is my money being spent?
