Leaves from overhanging branch blocking our drain and causing water damage

14 Sandown Road Tree outside property has overhanging branch from which leaves fall into the roof area of our bay window. The leaves block the drain up there and we now have 4” of water up there and our bay window roof is at risk of collapse. This is the second time this has happened and we do not have funds to keep repairing this problem caused by a tree on the road. Please can someone come along to take a look? Thank you
