Fencing coming apart

A company's fence is falling apart and is littering the street. This is dangerous as the wood is slippery and I know of one pensioner who nearly fall after standing on it. Its all down the street and going onto adjoining streets too. This has been getting worse over the last year but has got really bad the last month.

I've complained previously and was told Council would phone about the issue but it's never happened. The path is also difficult to navigate if you are in a wheelchair or pushing one, or have a child in a buggy as the fence is hanging over the path in parts. The area is disgusting and is a hazard!
