Flytipping in hedge and along pavement

Sent to Bristol City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5137934.

Large amount of clothes and other household items flytipped along a 10 metre stretch of hedge and along the pavement of Carlton Park for a further 20m. Been there over a month now. Streetcleaners ignore it and collect leaves instead: if they can't clear it, couldn't they at least be required to report it rather than relying on members of the public? This has been a regular flytipping spot for 12+ years now and is getting even worse.
