Street lighting is intermittent

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5137774.

In wet weather all of the street lights stop working. Sometimes momentarily but often for longer periods. This affects Payne St, Mid-wharf St, and Townsend St.
