Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5134606.

Something has happened/changed with the traffic light timings in the last couple of days at Fosse rd junction, now causing ridiculous delays and tailbacks. They seem to change from green to red almost instantly, yet the road after these lights is clear. Please sort ASAP as King Richards rd is a standstill
