Parking on footway

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and West Oxfordshire District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5133498.

Every evening the McDelivery car & moped drivers park on the path here & block the footway &/or crossing dropped kerb, making it difficult to cross when wheeling. Sometimes they double park & it causes the traffic to back up onto the Ducklington Lane. Can OCC or the Police give them a ticket? I'm sure that would soon stop them.
