Street light is permanently out problem

FixMyStreet ref: 5130709.

Need lighting, can not see anything. Dangerous as you can barely walk on the path and at certain areas on the path, you have to walk on the road. Youths from the new development are hiding in the park and smoking pot, because they know that no-one can see them. The lack of light have encourage antisocial behavior not just for youths, but there have been 2 serious incidents in this area lately.
