Pothole just on corner that needs fixing and several others along stretch of road

Numerous potholes Nassington to Yarwell that need fixing and the white lines and slow signs still haven’t been repainted

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found) - In regard to the potholes, this location has been inspected by our team. There are currently no defects that meet our investigatory criteria for repair. These levels have been agreed with North Northamptonshire Council. We will continue to monitor the defect via our routine highway safety inspections.

    For the white lines, we have raised a works order to repair the defects that you have reported. These works will be undertaken within the next 6 months. On most occasions we are repairing defects of this nature sooner than this target date, however please do not hesitate to contact us should the defects worsen so that our team can carry out a further assessment, attaching a photograph if possible and safe to do so.

  • Still open, via questionnaire, 07:00, Mon 20 November 2023

  • 15.12.23 These potholes (now two of them) have re-opened following recent rain and are expanding. Due to their position, cars coming downhill are forced out into the middle of road and oncoming traffic. Potholes are also increasing in size and spread.
