Someone has left a bucket of waste oil on the foot path on Hart Lane by Whitecroft Road. It has been there over a week, and if it stays there in the rain it will overflow and run into the nearby drain. This is an environmental hazard and also presents a trip risk to people walking on the foot path, and is a possible target for anti-social behavior in someone tipping it over.
