Is Cyncoed getting special treatment?

Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5121699.

Cyncoed has had little disruption to the collection of rubbish. There green garden bins were collected last week, Llanedyrn and Pentwyn green bins haven’t been collected for 2 months all or bins are full! Not even one last collection before you stop! Also this week again ALL Cyncoed bins collected Pentwyn and Llanedyrn’s only some! Another form of discrimination againgst our area!
