Two drains on WEST of New Street still blocked

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5120649.

Reported before and by phone today to NNC call centre at 1128 who said a team would check within a couple of hours. Drain on map is not the blocked one.... The two are one outside North gate to Great Hall om West side of New Street... And one on same side towards the South gate. Heavy water flow due to these is causing repeated issues for road uses, pedestrians and the town centre....
