Sent to Cheshire East Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5120437.
The Lane is flooded now. Some is slurry so is foul. Both drains on either side are completely block. The are several car parts we have retrieved but there will be more under the water no doubt. The road needs to be closed now.
