Large pothole up against a manhole/drain cover.

Only just opened up and looks very dangerous with the potential to cause crashes from traffic swerving to avoid.

  • A car has lost a wheel in this pothole this afternoon. Thankfully not mine, but not a safe place to have to change a wheel

    It's HUGE. Wheel remover. Exceptionally dangerous. Thought it had broken my car. The noise and feeling having dropped into it and back out the other side caused me to stop straight away, convinced major damage had been caused. Will have to get the car checked.

    This pothole punctured my tyre instantly. I have since driven past it and had to STOP to let s car pass on the other side rather than drive over it again. This is dangerous!

  • Spent over 45 mins on the phone on Monday afternoon, calling the county council to bring it to their attention. Spoke to a bloke, and emphasised how bad it is - bad enough to waste all this time on the phone. You'd have thought that _somebody_ could get out there and do _something_ with it, even if only temporary, for the time being.
