Gate is damaged/missing/locked problem

Reported via Open311 in the Gate is damaged/missing/locked category by Gloucestershire County Council at 15:00, Fri 20 October 2023

FixMyStreet ref: 5119823.

Reporting:gate_is_damaged_missing_locked
This heavy gate has to be lifted along the ground as I think the hinge post has rotted out, so you are lifting both gate and post. It is near impossible to open, and damaged my back in doing so.
