Sent to Mid Suffolk District Council and Suffolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5118971.

There is Gas works with Candent at the top of Thurleston Lane near the estate which is closed and no access , the access road near the corner at the bottom of the lane is flooded "completely" this causes a real issue for the Care home that I manage for staffing getting in and out and emergency vehicles access.
