Sent to Broadland District Council and Norfolk County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5118927.

Every time it rains heavily the village roads flood. Photo is of marsh road but church road and hanging hill are much worse. Surface drains cannot cope. Ditches are not maintained.
