Needs drainage.

Sent to Oxfordshire County Council and Vale of White Horse District Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5117782.

I was not able to select drainage as the problem as there doesn't seem to be a drain. When wet, both sides of the road are flooded and drivers are using the middle lane to get through the rain. A car was stuck this morning, should we consider having a drainage system put in place? The farmer has tried, maybe the council should too.
