Over ankle deep flood

Sent to Leicester City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5116389.

The road and pavement under the railway bridge flood whenever it rains. In today's strong rains, it's deep enough to flood a small car, about 8" on the pavement so probably about a foot deep in the road. The drains need to be cleared ASAP.
