We have had near misses in the past but managed to control a fall, however on 16/09/2023 my wife was walking and tripped over this uneven lifted slab and hit her face to the ground. Same place 22 years ago my daughter fell over and hit her face on a drain and cracked a tooth. This area needs to be looked at as we have got away with bruises and broken teeth it could be worse. We are in A&E currently as my wife is suffering headaches so let’s hope this fall hasn’t caused internal head injury
