Sent to Luton Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5115436.

This vehicle has been parked here and not moved in at least 6 months. Has rubbish dumped inside, outside and around vehicle and front is starting to fall apart.

Updates

Waste of time reporting abandoned vehicles to Luton Borough Council. They just close your report and don’t give an explanation. I’ll go to direct to my MP now.
