Potholes are dangerous to traffic and pedestrians

Sent to Northamptonshire Highways less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5115190.

After Months of reporting saying this wont be fixed until January 2024 is not acceptable fro teh following reasons 1/ I have been clearing large stones to the Gutter for months now , if these get to the main road they would have been a major hazard to Motorists and pedestrians especially as police cars often race i to Kettering on the Main Road 2/ these potholes are now up to 70mm deep at least and cars can be heard thumping into the holes this will damage cars and can crack rims 3/ As some else reported there are children going to school on Bikes etc and many cars and lorries use this road 4/ You sent a sweeper in a few months ago and he left a trial of large stones near the roundabout , i went and moved these as they were an accident waiting to happen . 5/ I am very concerned someone will get hurt by flying stones and as it is safety it should be put right within weeks regardless of coast as we all ;pay our taxes for this From a concerned house holder who lives nearby please please fix this before an accident happens

  • Still waiting for update. The holes in road are getting deeper and resident parks the csr on the corner, causing lots of dodging sround car and the large holes
