Bike rack broken and laying on the pavement

Sent to Adur District Council and West Sussex County Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5111761.

Six bike racks. One broke 3 years ago but never repaired. Now another one is broken so racks all full so people are locking bikes to nearby public seating preventing the seats from being used

Wscc idea of fixing the bike racks is to remove them completely so now bikes are locked to every lamppost and bench in the high st
