Pavement Not Properly Reinstated by Utility Company

Reported via desktop in the Pavements/footpaths category by Govan Resident at 22:24, Tue 17 October 2023

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5108232.

The pavement at this location was recently subject to utility works carried out by a Utility company, however they never reinstated the pavement to the same standard as it was prior to the works. Instead of using the original granite paving stones, they have crudely filled the hole with asphalt.

This location was recently subject of an expensive public realm project costing millions of taxpayers money, the company responsible have not shown any thought, care or consideration on this occasion and should not be allowed to create such an unsightly mess.
