Timings are incorrect
Traffic lights at London Road A419 Bowbridge are changing too quickly, only allowing ~7 vehicles, sometimes 4 or 5, causing backed up traffic to Brimscombe. Has been happening since the weekend. Normally the lights change after ?6 minutes, now it's 3 min or maybe bc of the scraped road surface before resurfacing, cars aren't able to drive faster than 20-30mph.
