Sent to Cardiff Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5103699.

3 or 4 builders bags and an amount of cut branches/foliage flytipped in a pill in/layby next to Pentwyn Drive, CF23 7HB Waste has been on site for 2 or 3 days Not sure what the contents are

This seems to be the same everywhere,top end of ball road there's bin bags that have been placed by full up bins and litter of all kinds everywhere looks really terrible ,hopefully no rats ,cf3 4bx
