I attempted to report a blocked grated drain to southern water at the end of my cul de sac, and they have advised you are responsible for it?
Every time it rains this drain floods, and we cannot access our vehicles, and it is beginning to rise to the entrances of our garages, and will if it rains heavily flood the garage area and potentially some of the lower houses
