Blocked drains

Sent to Stockport Borough Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5099840.

Nearly every drain is blocked on this stretch of the A6. During rain it becomes dangerous for road users, especially those who are more vulnerable such as cyclists. It will also potentially lead to flooding of properties.

  • These drains are never cleared, why not when it has been reported repeatedly? It should be done as a matter course anyway and not rely on the public reporting it as a continual problem.
