Overgrown shrubs on road side

Reported by Patricia Lloyd at 10:12, Wed 6 August 2014

Sent to Hampshire County Council and Hart District Council 3 minutes later

The shrubs have overgrown to such an extent that the road is far narrower than it should be. There is a nearby livery, frequently horses are ridden 3 abreast and when the sun is in the east it is very hard to see them as you drive easterly into the shaded area, on the wrong side of the road, due to protruding shrubs. This is an accident waiting to happen, involving cars, riders and horses.
