Increasing problem of flooding at entrance to Morehay Lane road surface has been eroded by reversing refuse lorries

Morehay Lane is an adopted road providing access to residential property. The Lane condition has become very poor and not been repaired in the 6 years I have been resident.

  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - Having inspected the gully here, we can confirm work is scheduled within the next 26 weeks to rectify the problem. This work will involve cleaning out and jetting the gully. We will endeavour to complete it as quickly as possible. You will receive further updates once it has been completed. If a flooding emergency occurs, call 0300 126 7000 for North Northamptonshire Council between 9.00 and 17.00. Outside of these hours, please ring 01604 651074.
