Cars parking on pavements and under no parking signs at main entrance to barley hill school thame

The movable bollards on the pavements outside Barley Hill School, Thame are often moved by parents so they can park on pavements by the perimeter fence of the school. Parents also ignore the restricted parking sign on lamppost by school entrance and park directly under the sign.
