No street lighting at 06:00

There is no street lighting across the whole of local area around N14 at 06:00 when it’s effectively pitch black dark making it very unsafe for pedestrians and drivers

    Why is still an issue, streets around Southgate and local area very unsafe around 06;00 every morning as no street lights working and streets are effectively pitch black
