  • Investigation: Completed (Defect Found), Defect Repair: Not Started - We recently carried out cleansing work here, but we will go back to the location and ensure it is completely running correctly. This will take place within 26 weeks time. This may be a slow-draining gully, and due to excessive rainfall recently it has caused this. Highways cannot change the capacity of a drain

  • Hello,

This drain hasn’t been unblocked, it’s the same as when I reported it in October, it’s almost full to the top with soil, vegetation and rubbish.

There is a risk rain water could run into my house when the drain isn’t working, so I’d appreciate it if you made it a priority please.
