Lighting causing white sky at night.

Sent to Oxford City Council and Oxfordshire County Council 1 minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5088483.

These lights are causing white sky at night. As the councils are trying to create a dark sky to enhance wildlife etc. why should these lights be so bright as to be almost daylight.
