There is now officially no street cleaning at all. Hoppers road unswept for two months Broadwalk unswept for three weeks Bourne Hill unswept for two weeks Litter not picked at all now and people from the unlicensed multi occupancy flats tipping in broad daylight along Bourne Hill. The council have degenerated the borough beyond recognition. Central government need to put them in emergency special measures now.
