Still overhanging verges that need trimming back

Regarding exisiting enquiry No. ENQ-653757-W2Z8N9. Although trimming of the verges on the Cooper wood side were trimmed back recently, the status is not "New Status: We have resolved the problem."

My original request on 22.08.23 did say that both sides of Cooper lane needed trimming as the banks to the properties on Theobald road are also the responsibility of NCC and owned by them, these were not trimmed. I have attached some photos showing bushes still protruding well into the road near the farm house. Some verges further down are over grown, but not as much.

My request also asked to have the detritus remaining to be cleared as this will now turn to mud once we start to get regular rain as we enter the winter months. This also still needs to be implemented.
