Communal TV Aeriel Signal Failing

Sent to Glasgow City Council less than a minute later. FixMyStreet ref: 5086800.

Problems with glitchy/blocky picture from communal aerial. Works fine when city fibre aren’t in area digging up streets. Had this problem months ago when cityfibre were in this area. Problem resolved when they left. Now cityfibre are back again and the problem has returned.
