The streetlights are out on Grange Road.

This is a council maintained highway. The street bollards on a traffic island is also not illuminated. This is also on Grange Road. The pictures below show the lights that are out but also show others in the distance on. The pictures also show bollards not illuminated when cars are using their headlights. This is dangerous.
